Adding Workspaces

Why have multiple workspaces?

You can create multiple workspaces to separate expenses for multiple businesses, properties, or to separate expense types (Personal vs. Business). Workspaces are unique and will have their own vendors, categories, payment methods, and teams.

Personal vs. Business workspace

The difference between a personal and business workspace, is that business workspaces will include tax-deductible categories and different income categories.

To add a workspace

1. Tap the workspace selector (top-right)
2. Tap "Add New Workspace"
3. Select the type of workspace
4. Enter a workspace name
5. Tap "Create Workspace"

To switch between workspaces

1. Tap the workspace selector (top-right)
2. Tap the workspace you want to switch to
