Online Receipts
Option 1: Using the Scanner
- Using your device, screenshot the receipt
- Tap the blue camera button to start scanning
- Tap the gallery icon (bottom-left)
- Tap "Choose from Gallery"
- Select the desired image
- Tap "Save"
Option 2: Gmail Inbox Scanning
- Tap the gear icon (top-left)
- Tap "Connected Accounts"
- Tap "Sync Email Receipts"
- Link the desired Gmail
The past 30 days of email receipts and future receipts are imported for review.
Option 3: Email Receipt Forwarding
Email receipts to upload@easy-expense.com from the email linked to your Easy Expense account. Reference Guide

- Tap the "Transactions" tab
- Tap "Add Transaction"
- Tap "Expense"
- Tap "Attach Receipt"
- Tap "Choose from Gallery"
Option 3: Manually via "Add Transaction" (Web)
On the web app, click "Add Transaction" and attach the image to the expense
PDF Files
Option 1: Email Receipt Forwarding
Email PDF file(s) to upload@easy-expense.com from the email linked to your Easy Expense account. One email will equal one transaction. Reference Guide
Option 2: Manually via "Add Transaction" (Mobile)
- Tap the "Transactions" tab
- Tap "Add Transaction"
- Tap "Expense"
- Tap "Attach Receipt"
- Tap "PDF Upload"
Option 3: Manually via "Add Transaction" (Web)
On the web app, click "Add Transaction" and attach the PDF to the expense
