To apply a filter in the “Transactions” tab

Under the search bar, there are multiple filters that you can apply.

To apply a filter, tap the type of filter and select the desired filter.

Make sure to remove the filter by tapping it again once you're finished. To remove a filter, tap the activated filter.

You can filter transactions by:

  • User: Filter for transactions added by team members
  • Report: Filter for transactions within a specified report
  • Category: Filter by expense category
  • Payment Method: Filter by cash, linked bank accounts, or added payment methods
  • Income Type: Filter by income category
  • Client: Filter income by assigned client
  • Attachment: Filter for transactions that have an attachment added (eg. a scanned receipt or uploaded photo)

Using the search bar

You can also filter transactions using the search bar at the top of the "Transactions" tab.

You can search for transactions by:

  • client
  • vendor
  • date
  • category
  • price

Clear the filter by clearing the search term or tapping the "X" in the search bar.
