      Export Types Available

      To reach the export screen, tap the gear icon (top-left) and tap "Download Data". For more export options on the export screen, tap "Export Format"

      CSV - Expenses

      CSV Expenses

      Itemized expenses containing the date, description, vendor, category, total, tax amount, payment method, and a receipt hyperlink.

      Date ranges available

      • Month, quarter, year, all time, custom

      Advanced options

      • Include Archived: Include archived(deleted) expenses in the CSV file

      • Split By User: Download separate CSV files for each user and their expenses

      • Download Images: Includes a zipped file of your receipt images

      CSV - Income

      Sample Income CSV

      Itemized income containing the date, description, client, category, total, created by, reports, and a hyperlink to any attachments.

      Date ranges available

      • Month, quarter, year, all time, custom

      Advanced options

      • Include Archived: Include archived(deleted) income in the CSV file

      • Split By User: Download separate CSV files for each user and their income

      CSV - Drives


      CSV Trips

      Itemized drives containing the date, start location, end location, deduction, distance, classification, duration, parking, tolls, vehicle, and round drive.

      Date ranges available

      • Month, quarter, year, all time, custom

      Advanced options

      • Include Archived: Include archived(deleted) drives in the CSV file

      • Split By User: Download separate CSV files for each user and their drives

      CSV - Report

      This will export a report from the "Reports" tab in a CSV format. It will send a .zip file to the email associated with your Easy Expense account. The .zip file includes a separate .CSV file for all expenses, income, and drives included in the report.

      Report/Invoice PDF

      Report/Invoice PDF

      An itemized report of your expenses and drives. Contains receipt images, summaries (categories included), and expense and drive totals. Member roles cannot see this export type.

      Summary PDF

      Summary PDF

      Summarizes spending by category, vendor, month, trip classification, and user. Contains visual bar graphs of spending. Member roles can't see this export.
